Tu misión va a ser:

Asesorar y atender a los clientes a la manera IKEA, siguiendo los procedimientos de venta establecidos, dando soluciones completas a precios asequibles y de calidad para lograr la satisfacción de los clientes

Tus funciones:

-Vender el surtido a los/as clientes/as, mostrándoles las distintas opciones de compra, y continuar la venta cuando un artículo no tiene stock, procediendo a hacer una reserva o depósito. -Facturar las compras y ofrecer los servicios disponibles a los/as clientes/as, sugiriendo otras alternativas que satisfagan al cliente (venta cruzada y venta añadida). -Ofrecer e informar a los/as clientes/as sobre los beneficios de la tarjeta IKEA Family. -Mantener informados a los/as clientes/as sobre las garantías de los productos, la política de devoluciones, el tiempo máximo de recogida de mercancía, entre otras. -Realizar el arqueo y cierre de cajas diario. -Corroborar que el Physical Customer Meeting Point está siempre como nuevo (ISAN: In Shape As New), mostrando los productos de acuerdo a los estándares de visualización y calidad IKEA. -Retirar la mercancía no surtido de las exposiciones, trasladándola al almacén. -Reportar al Responsable del Punto y Team Leader del departamento un resumen de las incidencias/reclamaciones, sugiriendo mejoras así como acciones para incrementar la rotación de determinados artículos y la venta. -Dar apoyo a las otras áreas del Physical CMP, cuando sea necesario. -Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, especialmente en los roll call. -Hacer un correcto uso de las herramientas de venta que tiene a su disposición.
