Tu misión va a ser:

Producir y presentar platos fríos de alta calidad, siguiendo las guías de IKEA y las normativas sanitarias, asegurando siempre la mejor experiencia para el cliente.

Tus funciones:

1. Realizar la producción y montaje de platos fríos del día, siguiendo la Guía de ingredientes de IKEA y los PPSI según corresponda. 2. Ayudar al Team Leader o Pastelero en la preparación de los alimentos fríos, siguiendo las indicaciones para asegurar un correcto emplatado y etiquetado establecido. 3. Aprovisionar y reponer los platos fríos en las áreas definidas para ello (Neveras, expositores, etc) asegurando que el cliente tiene siempre donde elegir. 4. Llevar un control de las elaboraciones del día y los sobrantes para saber lo que se ha utilizado y lo que se ha servido. 5. Preparar productos para la producción del día siguiente, tales como laminar los embutidos, rebanar, sazonar o adobar, etiquetar, fechar, preparar mise en place, etc. 6. Asegurar que la mercancía se mueva de manera eficiente y ajustar los niveles de inventario para que sean los adecuados. 7. Identificar los productos más populares y las consultas más comunes en las secciones de venta para optimizar la oferta y atención al cliente. 8. Seguir las regulaciones sanitarias actuales (APPCC, HACCP, ASC Y MSC), asegurando la calidad, manteniendo una rotación adecuada y una presentación óptima de los productos. 9. Realizar los registros según indicaciones del Pastelero, Especialista o Team Leader: temperaturas de alimentos expuestos, neveras, limpieza de las neveras y expositores, etc. 10. Realizar limpieza y desinfección de su área cada vez que se trabaja con ella. Informar al/la Team Leader o Pastelero de cualquier incidente con los alimentos, gestionarlos según indicaciones y proponer acciones de mejora para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria. 11. Mantener las áreas de trabajo y almacenamiento limpias y organizadas para garantizar un entorno seguro y eficiente. 12. Dar seguimiento a los niveles de inventario de alimentos e informar al encargado para realizar los pedidos necesarios cada día. 13. Participar en la recepción de productos perecederos (Frutas, vegetales, postres, etc) cuando le sea requerido. 14. Participar en los inventarios mensuales, semanales o diarios, sean estos de carácter general o inventarios de fecha de caducidad, según las indicaciones del Manager IKEA Food. 15. Informar a su responsable inmediato/a de cualquier incidente con los alimentos, sean estos reportados por clientes o encontrados durante su jornada, gestionarlos según indicaciones y proponer acciones de mejora para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria. 16. Asistir y participar activamente en las reuniones a las que esté invitado/a. 17. Mantener una apariencia limpia y cuidada en todo momento procurando el uso del uniforme asignado correctamente y portar la ficha identificativa visible mientras esté en el área de trabajo. 18. Apoyar en la realización de las tareas del cuarto de lavar y en caso de ser necesario al resto de zonas/áreas del departamento.
