Tu misión va a ser:

Garantizar la disponibilidad de los artículos en su espacio de ventas en todo momento, atendiendo a los estándares de presentación de IKEA, con el fin de lograr una experiencia de compra agradable para los/as clientes/as

Tus funciones:

1. Distribuir la mercancía en las diferentes secciones del Physical Customer Meeting Point para reponer los artículos de acuerdo a los estándares de presentación IKEA. 2. Verificar el correcto estado del espacio de venta en cuanto a orden, etiquetado (ISAN), suministro y reposición, siguiendo las indicaciones del Team Leader, así como comunicando las posibles incidencias que se pudieran producir. 3. Realizar las rutinas diarias para mantener el área de trabajo ordenada y limpia, garantizando con ello la seguridad de los/as colaboradores/as y clientes/as. 4. Detectar si el cliente precisa ayuda indicándole las mejores soluciones en caso necesario siguiendo la filosofía de servicio IKEA. 5. Recoger y depositar en las zonas habilitadas de reciclaje los desechos cuando sea necesario. 6. Cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos, así como con la normativa y recomendaciones en materia de Prevención de Riesgos laborales y seguridad, utilizando adecuadamente los equipos de protección individual

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia o conocimientos en reposición y distribución de mercancía. - Capacidad para mantener la disponibilidad, el orden y la correcta presentación de los productos en el área de ventas. - Orientación al cliente y disposición para ofrecer ayuda y soluciones durante su experiencia de compra.
