Tu misión va a ser:

Mantener la Tienda Sueca y el área de Bistro en perfectas condiciones y atender a los clientes ofreciéndoles el mejor servicio y producto para alcanzar los objetivos de venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria vigente y los procedimientos de IKEA Food

Tus funciones:

-Poner en marcha los equipos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del servicio (cafeteras, vitrinas, etc.). -Colocar la mercancía diaria suministrada por el reponedor para la tienda sueca. -Garantizar que la tienda sueca dispone del surtido necesario para la venta y avisar al reponedor en caso contrario. -Realizar la reposición durante el servicio diario de los artículos utilizados por el cliente y productos consumidos (servilletas, bandejas, pan de perritos, naranjas, agua etc.). -Mantener la tienda sueca en perfecto estado de orden, limpieza y disponibilidad de sillas, mesas, bandejas, maquinaria, contenedores de basura, etc. -Controlar las fechas de caducidad de todos los productos a la venta e informar al team leader de cualquier incidencia. -Atender y facturar a los clientes, minimizando el tiempo de espera. -Tener todos los productos bien identificados con los datos en castellano (ingredientes, alérgenos, etc.), y con la comunicación adecuada para su venta usando la herramienta correspondiente. -Informar al team leader de las diferentes necesidades sobre comunicación sobre cartelería, visores, etiquetado, etc. -Conocer las características del surtido y de los productos que se venden en el área, los 3 ases y 1 rey, y las preguntas frecuentes. -Realizar inventarios mensuales, según indicaciones del Manager IKEA FOOD. -Realizar registros de los equipos según la normativa APPCC y cumplir con la normativa sanitaria vigente para garantizar la calidad, higiene, adecuada rotación y presentación de los productos.U68
