Einleitung

Was wäre, wenn du keine Software mehr schreibst, sondern das System entwirfst, das Software schreibt?

Das ist keine Gedankenübung. Das ist die eigentliche Aufgabe in dieser Stelle. Unser Mandant ist ein wachstumsstarker B2B-Plattformanbieter mit Hauptsitz in Hamburg. Die IT besteht aus über 80 Personen, aufgeteilt in crossfunktionale Produktteams mit UX/UI, Frontend, Backend, QA und Product Ownership. Keine klassischen Teamlead-Hierarchien und eine Plattform, die das Unternehmen selbst täglich nutzt.

Deine Aufgaben

Der Titel ist neu. Die Aufgabe auch.

Gesucht wird keine Person, die Feature für Feature entwickelt, sondern jemand, der die Pipeline entwirft, über die Kundenprozesse automatisch als funktionierende Software entstehen. Ziel ist nicht der fertige Microservice, sondern das System, das diesen Microservice, inklusive Frontend und Backend, eigenständig aus Domänen-Logik generiert.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Entwicklungsmethoden und entwirfst, wie Software-Erstellung auf LLM-getriebene Automatisierung umgestellt werden kann. Keine inkrementelle Optimierung, ein grundlegender Rethink.
  • Du konzipierst die Architektur für Pipelines, die autonomen Code für die Domänen Kunden-Interaktion und Onboarding produzieren. Die generierte Software muss dabei den internen Standards in Java (Quarkus/Dropwizard) und Vue3/Vuetify entsprechen.
  • Du durchdringst die Domäne Kunden-Interaktion so tief, dass Prozesse abstrahiert und durch agentische Systeme in funktionierende Software-Artefakte übersetzt werden können.
  • Du integrierst Agenten-Workflows in die GCP-Infrastruktur und schließt damit die Lücke zwischen Anforderung und Deployment so weit wie möglich.

Tech-Stack: Frontend: Vue3, Vuetify / Backend: Java (Dropwizard, Quarkus) / Datenbanken: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra / Infrastruktur: GCP, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder Softwarearchitektur
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Agentic Engineering, konkret mit Pipelines, die mehr leisten als Textgenerierung: agentische Code-Synthese, autonome Aufgabenlösung
  • Tiefes Verständnis moderner Architekturen, sowohl für saubere Java-Backend-Services als auch für Vue3-Frontends, sodass KI-Systeme sie fehlerfrei produzieren können
  • Interesse und die Bereitschaft, Onboarding-Prozesse so zu verstehen, dass sich daraus automatisierte Baupläne ableiten lassen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
  • Ein Mindset, das alte Muster hinterfragt statt repliziert
