Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst die strategische Ausrichtung rund um KI und digitale Innovationen weiter
  • Du führst ein Team von KI-Spezialist:innen und AI-Enabler:innen
  • Du etablierst zentrale Strukturen, Standards und Best Practices für den erfolgreichen Einsatz von AI
  • Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Teams Potenziale für Automatisierung und intelligente Prozessverbesserungen
  • Du priorisierst Initiativen anhand ihres Mehrwerts und begleitest deren Umsetzung
  • Du steuerst ein vielfältiges Portfolio an Innovations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Du förderst die Akzeptanz neuer Technologien durch Kommunikation, Wissenstransfer und Change-Management-Maßnahmen
  • Du beobachtest technologische Entwicklungen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du berätst Führungskräfte bei strategischen Fragestellungen rund um KI, Automatisierung und digitale Transformation

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Digitalisierung, Wirtschaft oder Technologie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Transformations-, Innovations- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Einen IT-Background und Verständnis von IT-Architekturen
  • Erfahrung im Treiben des Themas AI innerhalb einer Organisation
  • Führungs- oder Lead-Erfahrung
  • Verständnis aktueller KI-Technologien und deren praktischer Einsatzmöglichkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen, Prozessen oder organisationsweiten Initiativen
  • Eine strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit pragmatischer Umsetzungsstärke
  • Freude daran, Menschen für neue Ideen zu begeistern und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu begleiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Unternehmensebenen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
