Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige und termingerechte Bearbeitung der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Klärung und Abstimmung offener Posten sowie Pflege der Debitorenkonten
  • Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Debitoren
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des Mahnwesens
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Fachbereichen, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Arbeiten in einer modernen Systemlandschaft mit SAP S/4HANA

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann (m/w/d) im Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der Debitoren- oder Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss; sichere Anwendung von MS-Office-Programmen; gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise; Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit; Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
