Einleitung

Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mandanten - ein mittelständisches Unternehmen aus dem Handel (Multichannel) - einen erfahrenen ERP-Softwareentwickler (gn). Du hast die Möglichkeit hybrid zu arbeiten (40-60% remote). Regelmäßige Meetings mit den Peers und Teams sind vor Ort vorgesehen. In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale, technische Ansprechperson für das neu eingeführte ERP-System Microsoft Dynamics Business Central aufbaut.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central: Du begleitest den Rollout unseres neuen ERP-Systems und bist von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung beteiligt.
  • Softwareentwicklung und Anpassung: Du entwickelst individuelle Lösungen und passt Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central an die spezifischen Anforderungen unseres Unternehmens an.
  • Anforderungsanalyse und Beratung: Gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen analysierst du Geschäftsprozesse und setzt deren Anforderungen in technische Lösungen um.
  • Schnittstellen und Middleware: Du entwickelst und administrierst Schnittstellen zu externen Systemen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Datenaustausch.
  • Support und Weiterentwicklung: Als Ansprechpartner im Second-Level-Support unterstützt du Key-User und optimierst kontinuierlich bestehende Prozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen: Kenntnisse in der Einführung, Anpassung und Entwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central.
  • Programmierkenntnisse: Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in C# oder ähnlichen Sprachen.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse und kannst diese technisch abbilden.
  • Erfahrungen mit Partnerprodukten wie KatarGo und LS Central sind von Vorteil, aber nicht must-have.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst auch komplexe Themen verständlich vermitteln.
  • Lernbereitschaft: Du bist motiviert, dich in neue Technologien und Anforderungen einzuarbeiten.
