Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Betreuung des Teams Kreditoren sowie operative Unterstützung des Teams, wenn erforderlich
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten und termingerechten Bearbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen
  • Zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse, vor allem Digitalisierung und Automatisierung des Rechnungseingangs
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats- Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Mitarbeit und Koordination von abteilungs- und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung idealweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchalter/in bzw. abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit fachlicher Führung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP4HANA-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprozessen
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie organisations- und prozessübergreifende Denkweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
