Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst für den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer modernen IT-Infrastruktur.
  • Du administrierst Microsoft-Technologien wie Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server sowie zentrale Netzwerkdienste.
  • Du betreust Virtualisierungsplattformen und entwickelst hochverfügbare Systemlandschaften weiter.
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Prozesse und unterstützt den Ausbau von Infrastructure-as-Code-Ansätzen.
  • Du begleitest die Integration und Optimierung hybrider Cloud-Lösungen auf Basis moderner Cloud-Plattformen.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an Infrastruktur-, Digitalisierungs- und Cloud-Projekten mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und findest nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du dokumentierst Systeme und Prozesse und teilst dein Know-how mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Systemadministration.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows- und idealerweise Linux-Servern.
  • Erfahrung mit Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien und Netzwerktechnologien wie VLANs, VPNs oder Firewalls.
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Virtualisierung, Backup- oder Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Interesse an Automatisierung, Skripting und modernen Technologien wie PowerShell, Terraform oder APIs.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Cloud-Technologien, Microsoft 365 oder Azure sind willkommen.
  • Verständnis für aktuelle IT-Sicherheitskonzepte und deren praktische Umsetzung.
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.
