Unser Mandant ist ein bundesweit tätiges Finanzinstitut mit klarem Fokus auf nachhaltige Investitionen. Für den Standort Hamburg suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Firmenkunden aus der Region bei der Finanzierung von Wind- und Photovoltaikprojekten begleitet - mit Know-how, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für grüne Zukunftsprojekte.

Arbeitsort & Flexibilität Du hast die Möglichkeit hybrid und hochgradig remote zu arbeiten (60-80% remote) sowie am modernen Standort in Hamburg. Regelmäßige Meetings mit den Peers und Teams sind wöchentlich vor Ort vorgesehen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du trägst mit deiner Arbeit direkt dazu bei, das Finanzierungsvolumen im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien weiter auszubauen.
  • Mit deiner Expertise und deinem Beratungsstil begleitest du Unternehmenskunden in allen Fragen rund um ihre Projektfinanzierungen - von der ersten Idee bis zur Auszahlung.
  • Du betreust bestehende Engagements, erstellst Kreditverträge, kümmerst dich um Sicherheitenbestellungen und steuerst den gesamten Bearbeitungsprozess, inklusive Auszahlungen, Zinsanpassungen und Rückzahlungen.
  • Innerhalb deiner Kompetenzgrenzen triffst du eigenständig Kreditentscheidungen bis 2,5 Mio. Euro.
  • Du bearbeitest Einlagen- und Anlageprodukte und erkennst neue Geschäftschancen im Kundendialog.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung.
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung oder Kreditbearbeitung von Firmenkund*innen, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Projektfinanzierungen (Wind oder PV).
  • Du überzeugst mit analytischem Denken, sicherem Auftreten und einem gesunden unternehmerischen Blick.
  • Routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Banksystemen.
  • Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Qualitätsansprüche sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst dich gern aktiv in ein modernes Team ein.
