In dieser Rolle unterstützt du Schulen in ganz Deutschland dabei, den digitalen Unterricht sicher, zuverlässig und modern zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Position bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle rund um Mobile Device Management für Bildungseinrichtungen:

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von MDM‑Umgebungen für iOS‑ und Android‑Geräte
  • Unterstützung von Schulen und Schulträgern bei Einrichtung, Rollout & Support
  • Erstellen von Konfigurationen, Richtlinien und Workflows zur sicheren Geräteverwaltung
  • Analyse von Anforderungen aus der Praxis und Übersetzen in technische Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Support, Entwicklung und pädagogischen Ansprechpartnern
  • Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung einer MDM-Lösung, die täglich im Unterricht genutzt wird

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung mit Mobile Device Management (z. B. Apple School Manager, Android Enterprise, Intune o. Ä.) in der Entwicklung (gerne Erfahrung mit PHP)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit iOS- und/oder Android‑Ökosystemen
  • Freude am Support und an der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Bildungseinrichtungen
  • Problemlösungskompetenz, Selbstorganisation und der Wille, Dinge wirklich besser zu machen
  • Begeisterung dafür, Schulen digital zu stärken und Lernumgebungen modern zu gestalten
