Wie viele KI-Agenten hast du parallel im Einsatz? Wer bei dieser Frage nicht kurz überlegen muss, weil die Antwort selbstverständlich ist, liest hier weiter.

Unser Mandant entwickelt eine KI-Business-Plattform für Unternehmen und treibt sie konsequent auf das nächste Level. Gesucht wird keine Person, die KI erklärt, sondern jemand, der KI-Architekturen baut, die intern wie bei Kundinnen und Kunden echten Mehrwert erzeugen, und der dieses Wissen gleichzeitig so vermitteln kann, dass andere damit arbeiten können. Der Standort ist flexibel, 100% remote möglich.

Was dich erwartet Die Rolle hat zwei Seiten, die sich gegenseitig bedingen.

Deine Aufgaben

Orchestrierung und Design

  • Du konzipierst KI-Agenten und Skills von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Architektur bis zur Auswahl geeigneter Modelle, Tools und Frameworks.
  • Du denkst nicht in einzelnen Prompts, sondern in Agenten-Pipelines: mehrere KI-Agenten parallel koordinieren, ihre Ergebnisse bewerten, gezielt nachsteuern. Claude Code, Cursor oder vergleichbare Agentic-Frameworks sind für dich tägliche Praxis.
  • Du bewertest und optimierst KI-generierte Lösungsvorschläge und integrierst sie sicher in bestehende Architekturen und Prozesse.
  • Du sicherst Qualität und Performance der umgesetzten Lösungen systematisch ab.

Beratung und Wissenstransfer

  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für KI-Themen, intern für das Produktteam und extern für Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Du übersetzt komplexe KI-Technologie in wirtschaftlich sinnvolle, verständliche Lösungsvorschläge, für Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler genauso wie für Menschen ohne technischen Hintergrund.
  • Du gibst dein Wissen in Workshops und Schulungen weiter und sorgst dafür, dass KI-Lösungen in der Praxis tatsächlich genutzt werden, weil sie intuitiv und einfach sind.
  • Du übernimmst den Last-Level-Support für KI-Themen des Produkts und bist technische Ansprechperson für Produktverantwortliche und Vertrieb.

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung im KI-Bereich
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG- und Agenten-Architekturen und deren Anwendung in Unternehmen
  • Eigene KI-Agenten und Skills konzipiert, entwickelt und produktiv eingesetzt, in echten Projekten, nicht im Labor
  • Erfahrung mit Agentic-Frameworks wie Claude Code, Codex, Cursor oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen zur Orchestrierung mehrerer KI-Agenten
  • Fähigkeit, dich schnell in unterschiedliche Fachbereiche und Branchen einzudenken und daraus KI-gestützte Prozesse zu entwickeln
  • Gespür für Usability: du weißt, was eine KI-Lösung technisch braucht und wie Anwendende denken
  • Erfahrung mit Scrum
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
