Das Backend-Team entwickelt skalierbare APIs, betreibt Live-Systeme mit echtem Nutzervolumen und hat konkreten strategischen Einfluss auf Architektur- und Infrastrukturentscheidungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst, testest und wartest skalierbare APIs (REST & GraphQL) mit konsequentem Fokus auf Code-Qualität, Sicherheit und Wiederverwendbarkeit.
  • Du übernimmst Mitverantwortung für Live-Systeme: Monitoring, Fehlerdiagnose, Performance-Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in Architektur- und Infrastrukturentscheidungen ein: deine Einschätzung zu Skalierbarkeit und Systemdesign ist gefragt, nicht nur willkommen.
  • Du führst Code Reviews durch, übernimmst technisches Mentoring und bringst Wissen strukturiert ins Team.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Frontend-Entwicklern, DevOps-Engineers, Architekten und Product Management zusammen und kannst technische Entscheidungen auch gegenüber nicht-technischen Stakeholdern klar kommunizieren.
  • Du verfolgst aktiv relevante Entwicklungen im Backend-Umfeld und überführst neue Erkenntnisse in konkrete Verbesserungen.

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Laravel und PHP, idealerweise inkl. Laravel Nova
  • Erfahrung mit Docker und containerbasiertem Deployment
  • Solide Praxis in Entwicklung und Integration von RESTful und GraphQL APIs
  • Gute MySQL-Kenntnisse: Schema-Design, Query-Optimierung, Performance-Tuning
  • Verständnis von Microservices- und Monolith-Architekturen sowie Skalierbarkeits-Best-Practices
  • Kenntnisse in Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungsstrategien (JWT, OAuth)
  • Praxis mit CI/CD-Pipelines und automatisiertem Deployment
  • Erfahrung mit asynchroner Verarbeitung, Queues und Caching-Strategien
  • Verständnis von DSGVO-Anforderungen und sicheren Codierungspraktiken
  • Git/GitLab für die tägliche kollaborative Arbeit
  • Von Vorteil: Python oder Golang, AWS-Erfahrung, Frontend-Grundkenntnisse (React, Vue, Angular) im Backend-Integrationskontext
