Ich begleite aktuell ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen, das seine Netzwerkinfrastruktur weiter professionalisiert und zukunftssicher aufstellt. Gesucht wird kein „Ticket-Abarbeiter“, sondern eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die komplexe Netzwerklandschaften versteht, stabil betreibt und gleichzeitig Lust hat, die nächsten technologischen Schritte mitzugehen.

Das Umfeld ist geprägt von realer Produktion, globalen Standorten und entsprechend hohen Anforderungen an Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit – Netzwerk ist hier geschäftskritische Infrastruktur, nicht nur Hintergrundrauschen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest an einer gewachsenen, internationalen Netzwerkstruktur mit und entwickelst sie gezielt weiter – technisch sauber, pragmatisch und mit Blick auf zukünftige Cloud-Anbindungen.

Typische Themen:

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Enterprise-Netzwerke auf Basis von Cisco, Cisco Meraki und Fortinet
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Absicherung bestehender Infrastrukturen
  • Planung und Umsetzung internationaler Standortanbindungen
  • Unterstützung bei Architekturfragen und technischen Standards
  • Schrittweise Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Cloud Networking
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen IT-Kolleg:innen und externen Partnern
  • Gelegentliche Reisen zu Standorten im Ausland (projektbezogen, kein Dauerreisen)

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld (ca. 5+ Jahre)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cisco-basierten Infrastrukturen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Meraki und/oder Fortinet
  • Erfahrung mit komplexeren, verteilten Netzwerkarchitekturen
  • Zertifizierungen wie CCNA oder CCNP sind ein klares Plus (kein Muss)
  • Freude daran, Dinge stabil zu betreiben und gleichzeitig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Austausch
