Unser Auftraggeber ist ein spezialisiertes Beratungshaus im Umfeld SAP Logistik und Intralogistik. Das Unternehmen befindet sich in einer spannenden Wachstums- und Transformationsphase: Weg vom klassischen Implementierungspartner, hin zu einer strategischen Beratung mit hohem fachlichem Anspruch. Hier bekommst du die Möglichkeit, früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Kunden aktiv zu beraten und die Zukunft moderner Logistiklösungen mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest Kunden bereits in frühen Projektphasen und unterstützt bei Workshops, Scoping und Lösungsfindung.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Logistikprozesse und entwickelst passgenaue EWM-Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für fachliche Konzepte, Prozessdesigns und Architekturentscheidungen.
  • Du erstellst Aufwandsschätzungen und bringst deine Expertise in Angebots- und Presales-Aktivitäten ein.
  • Du berätst Fachbereiche und operative Einheiten als kompetenter Sparringspartner.
  • Du gestaltest End-to-End-Prozesse entlang der Intralogistik aktiv mit.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Beratern sowie motivierten Nachwuchstalenten zusammen.
  • Du entwickelst dich perspektivisch in Richtung Solution Design, Teilprojektleitung oder Trusted Advisor.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP EWM Umfeld.
  • Gutes Verständnis von Intralogistik-Prozessen, insbesondere Wareneingang, Warenausgang und Lagerstrategien.
  • Praxis in der Umsetzung von SAP EWM Projekten inklusive Prozessdesign und Customizing.
  • Freude daran, Kunden fachlich zu beraten und nicht nur technische Anforderungen umzusetzen.
  • Interesse an Geschäftsprozessen, wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und nachhaltiger Wertschöpfung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Workshops und Kundenabstimmungen.
  • Offenheit für dynamische Umfelder und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit S/4HANA EWM, Automatisierung oder End-to-End-Prozesslandschaften.
