Einleitung

Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mandanten - ein Tech Unternehmen aus Hamburg - einen erfahrenen Software Project Manager/ IT-Projektportfoliomanager (gn). Du hast die Möglichkeit hybrid zu arbeiten (40-60% remote) sowie am schönen und modernen Standort in Hamburg. Regelmäßige Meetings mit den Peers und Teams vor Ort sind vorgesehen.

In dieser Position übernimmst du die operative Gesamtsteuerung komplexer Softwarevorhaben und sorgst dafür, dass aus parallelen Initiativen ein steuerbares, verlässliches Gesamtbild entsteht. Du bist die verbindende Instanz zwischen Technik, Produkt und Design und schaffst Struktur, Fokus und Umsetzungssicherheit in einem Umfeld mit hoher Dynamik. Dein Auftrag: Komplexität reduzieren, Prioritäten klären und Lieferfähigkeit sicherstellen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung paralleler IT-Softwareentwicklungsprojekte- & initiativen Du verantwortest mehrere gleichzeitig laufende Softwarevorhaben und stellst sicher, dass Ziele, Abhängigkeiten und Fortschritt jederzeit transparent und kontrollierbar bleiben.
  • Aufsetzen klarer Projektstrukturen Du definierst Arbeitsrahmen, Meilensteine und Entscheidungslogiken und übersetzt strategische Anforderungen in umsetzbare Arbeitspläne für die Teams.
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Rollen Du synchronisierst Entwickler:innen, Produktverantwortliche und Design-Rollen, sorgst für klare Verantwortlichkeiten und verhinderst Reibungsverluste zwischen den Disziplinen.
  • Moderation agiler Arbeitsweisen Du strukturierst wiederkehrende Abstimmungen, sorgst für saubere Sprint-Logiken und hältst den Fokus auf Umsetzbarkeit, Qualität und Verlässlichkeit – ohne Dogmatismus.
  • Transparenz & Reporting Du bereitest Status, Fortschritte und Engpässe adressatengerecht auf und ermöglichst fundierte Entscheidungen durch klare, nachvollziehbare Informationen.
  • Umgang mit Risiken und Blockaden Du erkennst frühzeitig Abweichungen, Engpässe oder Zielkonflikte und steuerst aktiv gegen – pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und mit Augenmaß.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsprozessen Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, optimierst Werkzeuge und etablierst praktikable Standards, die Skalierung und Verlässlichkeit unterstützen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Software- oder Technologieprojekten
  • Routine im Umgang mit mehreren parallelen Vorhaben in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Solides Verständnis moderner Entwicklungsprozesse und iterativer Arbeitsweisen
  • Souveräne Kommunikation mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch ist ein Plus
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bleibst nicht an der Oberfläche, sondern gehst bei Bedarf ins Detail
  • Pragmatismus: Du findest funktionierende Lösungen statt theoretischer Perfektion
  • Vorausschauendes Denken: Du erkennst Muster, bevor sie zu Problemen werden
  • Hohe Organisationsstärke: Du behältst auch bei hoher Taktung den Überblick
