私たちは4つの柱を中心に活動しています：自動運転・先進運転支援システム技術のAD/ADAS、SDV（ソフトウェア定義車両）のための車両ソフトウェア生産プラットフォームであるArene、モビリティのテストコースであるWoven City、そして協業基盤を支えるデジタル・インフラストラクチャのCloud & AIです。また、ビジネスに不可欠な機能がこれらのチームの実装を下支えし、一丸となって「事故ゼロ社会」と「幸せの量産」の実現に向けて取り組んでいます。

求める人材

業務内容

  • 安全要求をシステムレベルからソフトウェアコンポーネントレベルへ割り当て、明確なインターフェース、状態遷移、タイミング／リソース、および受け入れ基準を定義する
  • 安全メカニズム（例：診断機能、冗長化、ウォッチドッグ、妥当性チェック、安全境界モニタ、縮退モード／セーフステート）の定義および実装をリードし、その有効性が適切に検証されていることを担保する
  • V&Vチームと連携し、安全検証戦略（単体／インテグ／システム／HIL／車両試験）を設計するとともに、客観的な合否基準や安全KPIを策定し、安全ケースに必要なエビデンスの完全性を確保する
  • セーフティケースに必要なエビデンスおよびリスク評価を提供し、社内外のステークホルダーや監査対応において、その根拠とエビデンスを説明する
  • FMEA／FMEDA、FTA、インターフェースハザードレビュー 、リソース／タイミング解析などを主導または実施し、その結果を設計改善や確認活動へ反映する
  • Safety Architecture（HARA／安全目標設定／ASIL分解）、Systems Engineering（アーキテクチャ整合性およびICD）、ML Safety（データ／ODD／監視戦略）、Cybersecurity（安全・セキュリティ協調設計）と密接に連携する
  • 変更要求（CR）、逸脱事項、適用除外に対する影響分析を推進し、リリースをまたいで安全意図とトレーサビリティを維持する
  • 要求仕様、設計、テスト計画に対する重点レビューを実施し、課題やギャップを迅速に解消する

必須条件

  • コンピュータサイエンス、電気工学、機械工学、または関連分野における学士号または修士号
  • 量産環境における安全クリティカルな自動車または航空宇宙システム分野での5年以上の実務経験
  • 技術安全コンセプトの策定および安全要求の割り当てを主体的に推進し、量産ECUへの適用まで導いた実績
  • ISO26262（特にPart3～6）に関する深い実務知識、およびSOTIF（ISO21448）に関する理解
  • V&Vチームとの実践的な協業経験（HIL／車両試験設計、カバレッジ戦略、KPI定義を含む）
  • 組込みソフトウェアの基礎知識（C／C++ の読解力、解析・プロトタイピング用途でのPython活用経験）および代表的な車載インターフェース（CAN、SOME/IP）に関する知識
  • 優れた部門横断的コミュニケーション能力、調整・推進力、およびドキュメンテーション能力

歓迎条件

  • アシュアランスケースおよび／またはリスクマネジメントに関する実務経験
  • Functional Safety ProfessionalまたはAI Safety Professionalの認証資格（TUV／ULまたは同等資格）
  • 車載機能安全（ISO26262）に関する実務経験
  • ASPICE Process Expert／Provisional Assessorまたは同等資格
  • 日本語運用能力、または日本のOEM／Tier-1パートナーとの業務経験
