求める人材

業務内容

  • CTOのマネジメントチームの足並みを揃え、単一の計画のもとで一体となって機能するチーム体制を構築する。さらに、KPIを整合させることで、会社全体の業績や重点的に注力すべき領域をCTOが統合的に把握できるようにする
  • トヨタおよびトヨタエコシステムを含む主要ステークホルダーとの橋渡しやパートナーシップの構築を行い、連携を促進することで、相乗効果を生み出し、会社目標の達成に向けて取り組みを最大限活用する
  • 財務および関連ステークホルダーとの協働による予算管理、戦略と整合した財務計画および採用計画との連携
  • 戦略的テーマにおけるCTOのサポート、業務推進の代行、CTOの代理・代表としての役割
  • 事業優先事項に基づくCTOの時間配分の最適化、および注力すべき対象・ステークホルダーの選定支援
  • 水面下での課題解決支援、対立調整、アラインメント形成を通じた、CTOへのエスカレーション前の問題解消
  • CTOの目標達成を支えるダッシュボードおよび分析資料の作成・提供
  • 成果創出・成長促進・業務効率向上を実現するオペレーショナル・エクセレンスおよび業務基盤整備の推進
  • CTOのニーズ先回りした、イベント・会議に向けた事前準備および資料整備の徹底
  • アクティブリスニング、共感性、インクルージョン、企業価値の体現を通じて、チームおよび個人のパフォーマンス最大化に向けたリーダーシップの発揮

必須条件

  • 複雑な組織環境におけいて、Cレベル経営陣のスケーリングを支援したリーダーシップ経験と、戦略的・業務的成果を導く高度な課題解決実績
  • シニアリーダーシップの戦略的パートナー兼実務的な右腕として、複雑かつ部門横断的な取り組みを主導・調整した経験
  • 卓越した対人能力、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力、多面的なオペレーション管理経験、および多様な社内外ステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築実績
  • 高い倫理観と共感力を備えたリーダーシップを発揮し、組織の複雑性を乗り越えながら、あらゆる階層と効果的に連携してきた実績
  • 全社規模の戦略立案、プロセス改善、文化変革を含むチェンジマネジメントおよびトランスフォーメーション推進の実績
  • シニアレベルでの協働および影響力発揮を通じ、部門・階層・組織を横断した共同目標を達成した経験
  • 多文化環境および組織成熟度の異なる環境下での業務経験
  • テクノロジーが人類共通の利益に貢献することを信念とする、ミッションドリブンなリーダーシップ
  • 曖昧性の高い環境下で柔軟に対応し、全社OKR策定、プロダクトロードマップ設計、課題解決、多様なステークホルダーの方向性統一を推進できる実行力
