業務内容

  • ベンチャーを成功へ導く：ベータ開発から商用化・初期スケールまで担当し、次世代プロダクトのPoCにも貢献する
  • 現場をプロダクトへ昇華する：顧客現場やトヨタの知見を、再利用可能な製品要件・ロードマップ・優れたUXへ落とし込む
  • エンジニアリングをリードする：外部開発を統括し、アーキテクチャ、品質、セキュリティ、CI/CDなど技術面をリードする
  • 事業として成長させる：利用率・PMF・オンボーディング・収益化を継続的に改善する
  • 次のベンチャーを創る：新たな顧客課題を発見し、技術・市場仮説を検証する

必須条件

  • ハンズオンのエンジニアリング経験：キャリア初期に、プロダクションシステムの構築にハンズオンで深く携わったソフトウェアエンジニアリング経験
  • エンジニアリングリーダーシップ：プロダクトマネジメントへ移行する以前、または並行して、エンジニアリングデリバリーを率いた経験
  • プロダクトデリバリー：B2Bソフトウェアを、顧客・課題探索から事業化、継続的な改善まで一貫して推進した経験
  • 技術的判断力：アーキテクチャ、クラウド、API、セキュリティ、CI/CD、および外部エンジニアリングチームのマネジメントに関する高い実践力と判断力
  • コミュニケーションとオーナーシップ：文脈やニュアンスを理解できるネイティブレベルの日本語力、チーム内で情報授受できる程度のビジネスレベルの英語力、および不確実性の高いスタートアップ型の環境で主体的に成果を出せること

  • スタートアップや創業期チームで、ソフトウェアプロダクトのゼロイチ、ベータから有償化、初期導入からスケールのいずれかを推進した経験
  • 産業ソフトウェア、エネルギーマネジメント、Climate Tech、製造業、IoT、時系列データ、デジタルツイン、OT領域の経験
  • AI/MLプロダクト、データプラットフォーム、ブロックチェーンによるデータ信頼性、大規模センサデータに関する実装またはマネジメント経験
  • プロダクトデザイナーと密に協働し、ユーザーリサーチや利用分析を通じて複雑なB2B業務フローを改善した経験
  • 価格、パッケージ、収益化、請求、エンタープライズSaaSの事業化に関する経験
  • 日本および海外のチーム、顧客、技術パートナーを横断して業務を進めた経験
