業務内容

  • 戦略的リーダーシップ：
  • 国内全拠点におけるEHSロードマップを主導し、国際的な安全フレームワークや企業理念との円滑な統合を確実にする
  • 危機およびインシデント管理：
  • 危機管理計画（CMP）の継続的な高度化を牽引し、高い実効性と規制への準拠を維持する
  • 危機管理チームの中核として、セキュリティ上の脅威や環境緊急事態などの重大局面において戦略的な助言を行い、意思決定を加速させる
  • 多様な組織ユニットと連携し、包括的な事業継続計画（BCP）の構築と同期を図る
  • サステナビリティおよびコンプライアンス：
  • カーボンニュートラルの実現に向けた組織の取り組みを加速させるサステナビリティ計画を指揮する
  • 労働安全、防火、化学物質管理などの法的要件を厳格に遵守し、法改正を先取りして適応する
  • 環境指標の正確な記録を管理し、規制当局への適切な報告を監督する
  • 運用および連携：
  • グローバルな安全担当者や施設管理・セキュリティチーム、外部パートナーと協力し、全社的な保護施策を推進する
  • すべての環境統治および手順に関するドキュメントの整合性と可用性を維持する
  • 厳格なタイムラインと予算管理へのコミットメントを持って、EHS関連プロジェクトを完遂する
  • 強固な交通安全プロトコルと、全従業員に対する包括的なウェルビーイングプログラムを提唱する

必須条件

  • 環境・健康・安全（EHS）関連のベンダーとの業務経験が5年以上
  • 10年以上の実務経験
  • 日本語が母語レベルまたは流暢、英語が流暢または上級レベル

歓迎条件

  • 危機管理、業務管理、またはそれに関連する専門領域における、高度な学位あるいは同等の実務的背景
  • 先進的なインシデント管理システム、および包括的なEHS構造フレームワークに関する卓越した専門知識
  • グローバル規模の複雑な企業エコシステムにおいて、広範な安全イニシアチブを展開し成功を収めた実績
  • 全社的な事業継続計画（BCP）およびレジリエンス戦略の策定・推進を主導した直接的な経験
  • 衛生管理者資格を有し、実効性のある職場安全監査を徹底して遂行してきた実務の実績
  • 国内の諸法令、特に防火、化学物質取扱い、労働基準に関する権威ある知見
  • 海外のカウンターパートや多角的な社内ビジネスユニットと、効果的に連携・協働できる卓越した能力
