業務内容

  • EV・エネルギー領域における既存の事業仮説・顧客仮説・プロダクト仮説を、ユーザーインタビューや顧客企業とのPoCを通じて具体化し、ターゲット顧客、顧客課題、競争優位性、マーケットポジショニングを明確にする
  • 顧客候補や販売チャネルパートナーとの対話を通じて、商用化に向けた価値提案、プロダクトメッセージ、主要ユースケース、顧客・チャネルパートナー向け訴求ポイントを設計する
  • PoC/MVPや顧客フィードバックをもとに、市場受容性、顧客価値、価格受容性、Go-to-Market仮説を検証し、価格・パッケージング、Go-to-Market戦略の改善提案を行う
  • Go-to-Market計画、ローンチ計画、ポジショニング資料、メッセージング資料、顧客向け提案資料、営業・パートナー向け資料、社内外向け資料を作成する
  • プロダクト、エンジニアリング、事業開発、広報・コミュニケーション、外部パートナーと連携し、商用化に向けたローンチ準備、対外発信、営業・パートナー向けイネーブルメント、市場導入後の改善活動を推進する

必須条件

  • プロダクトマーケティング、プロダクト企画、事業開発、新規事業開発、Go-to-Market戦略、または関連領域における7年以上の実務経験
  • 顧客候補、既存顧客、パートナーへのヒアリングや商談を通じて、顧客課題、導入ニーズ、導入障壁、購買・意思決定プロセスを整理した経験
  • 不確実性の高い事業・プロダクト課題に対して、仮説を立て、顧客フィードバックや市場情報をもとに検証・改善を行った経験
  • 顧客課題や市場ニーズをもとに、価値提案、プロダクトメッセージ、主要ユースケース、顧客向け訴求ポイントを整理・設計した経験
  • 提案資料、営業資料、パートナー向け説明資料、ポジショニング資料、社内説明資料、経営層向け資料など、社内外の意思決定や合意形成に必要な資料を作成した経験
  • プロダクト、エンジニアリング、事業開発、広報・コミュニケーション、法務、財務、外部パートナーなど、複数の関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
  • 社内外のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るための、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力及び英語力

  • EV、エネルギー、充電インフラ、モビリティ、SaaS、B2B/B2B2Cプラットフォームなどの領域での業務経験または基礎知識
  • PoC/MVPをリードまたは推進支援し、市場受容性、顧客価値、導入意向、価格受容性、Go-to-Market仮説などを検証した経験
  • 価格・パッケージング、収益モデル、事業性評価などの検討に関与した経験
  • Go-to-Market計画、ローンチ計画、商用化準備、市場導入後の改善活動をリードまたは推進支援した経験
  • 販売チャネルパートナー、事業パートナー、アライアンス先と連携し、顧客向け提案、共同訴求、営業・パートナー向けイネーブルメントを推進した経験
  • 電力会社、アグリゲーター、充電インフラ事業者、不動産デベロッパー、フリート事業者、モビリティサービス事業者など、EV・エネルギー関連エコシステムのプレイヤーとの業務経験
  • 社内外のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るための、ビジネスレベルの英語能力
