業務内容

  • ビジネスチームと連携し、ニーズを理解したうえで、長期的なビジネス戦略に沿ったロードマップを策定・管理する。
  • 要件定義とRFP発行から、評価、交渉、発注先決定、サプライヤーオンボーディングに至るまで、RFPライフサイクル全体をリードする。
  • 調達上の課題に対応し、カスタマーエクスペリエンスを向上させるソリューションを設計・実装する。
  • テスト、ロールアウト、導入後レビューを含む複雑なプロジェクトを、エンドツーエンドでリードする。
  • 調達ライフサイクル全体でRPAやAIを活用し、自動化を推進することで効率性と正確性を高める。
  • Power BIのダッシュボードやレポートを活用し、支出を可視化・モニタリングするとともに、調達・コスト最適化のインサイトを創出する。
  • 法令および社内ポリシーを遵守できるようコンプライアンスを強化し、法的・財務的・オペレーショナルリスクを低減する。
  • 交渉、カテゴリマネジメント、デジタルツール活用を強化するため、従業員向けトレーニングを企画・実施する。
  • 調達、ファイナンス、法務およびその他の関連部門との橋渡し役となり、プロセスとポリシーの整合を図る。

必須条件

  • 大学または教育機関での学士号以上の学歴。
  • 調達、戦略的ソーシング、もしくはサプライチェーンマネジメントにおける5年以上の実務経験。
  • 部門横断型プロジェクトを推進した経験。
  • Oracle、SAPなどのERPや調達関連ツールに精通していること。
  • 英語および日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
  • 多様な環境下で、あらゆるレベルのステークホルダーを適切にマネジメントできる能力。
  • 少なくとも日本における関連法令を理解し業務遂行を行えること。

歓迎条件

  • ビジネスプロセスマッピングおよびテクノロジーロードマップの策定経験。
  • RPAなどのAIや自動化テクノロジーに関するハンズオンでの実務経験。
  • TableauやPower BIなどのデータ分析・可視化ツールに関するスキル。
  • 会社全体に影響を与えるプロセス変更への関与、トレーニングプログラムの設計・実施といったチェンジマネジメントの経験
  • 調達コンプライアンスおよびリスクマネジメントに関する知識。
  • 関連部門（法務、財務等）に関する基本的知識。
