求める人材

業務内容

  • 高可用性・コスト効率・セキュリティを備えたマルチクラウドKubernetesソリューションおよびクラウドサービスの設計・実装を担当していただきます
  • GoおよびPythonを用いたフルスタックソフトウェアとKubernetesコントローラーの開発を行います
  • 重要なコンポーネントを検証するための自動テストおよびヘルスチェックを作成します
  • Kustomize、Helm、Terraformなどの一般的なツールを活用し、Kubernetes構成のためのモジュール型インフラデプロイメントパターンを設計します
  • 様々な分野のエンジニアと連携し、エンジニアリング要件の定義および顧客価値の提供に貢献します
  • Site ReliabilityエンジニアおよびObservabilityエンジニアと協力・助言しながら、本番環境における問題のトリアージ、トラブルシューティング、および解決策の実施を行います
  • Kubernetesおよびプラットフォームエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスおよびアーキテクチャパターンについて、マネージャーおよび同僚への助言を行います

必須条件

  • エンタープライズ環境において、KustomizeやHelmなどの構成管理ツールを使用した大規模KubernetesクラウドプラットフォームのKubernetes開発・保守における経験
  • Istioなどのサービスメッシュを含む、KubernetesインフラおよびセキュリティにおけるKubernetes高度な知識
  • TerraformやAnsibleなどの技術を使用したIaC（Infrastructure as Code）による開発における経験
  • AWSやGCPなどのクラウドプロバイダー上での高可用性クラウドプラットフォーム開発における３年以上の経験
  • GoやPythonなどの言語を使用したバックエンドソフトウェア開発における5年以上の経験
  • GitHub ActionsやJenkinsなどのツールを使用したCI/CDオートメーションワークフローの構築経験
  • クラウドセキュリティおよびネットワークのベストプラクティスに関する実務知識
  • 他のドメインのエンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、その他の技術リーダーシップを含む幅広い聴衆に対して、複雑なトピックをわかりやすく説明できる能力
  • ビジネスレベルの英語能力
