業務内容

  • Safety & Quality LoBの中長期戦略策定支援
  • 年度計画、組織目標およびKPIの策定・モニタリング
  • 経営会議、LoBレビュー、Board向け資料の企画・作成・運営
  • Safety & Quality Headの意思決定支援
  • 組織横断課題の分析および改善提案
  • Safety、Security、Qualityに関するガバナンスフレームワークの構築および改善
  • リスクの可視化、モニタリング、エスカレーション管理
  • 第一線および第二線組織との連携によるリスク管理活動の推進
  • 監査・アセスメント結果に基づく改善活動のフォローアップ
  • 経営層向けリスクレポーティング
  • Safety & Quality組織横断の重要プロジェクトのリード
  • 業務プロセスの標準化および効率化
  • 品質文化・安全文化の醸成
  • AIやデジタル技術を活用した業務変革の推進
  • グローバル組織間のアラインメント強化
  • CTO、VP、LoB Headを含む経営層との連携
  • 開発、プロダクト、法務、調達、内部統制等との協働

必須条件

  • 学士号以上
  • ソフトウェア開発、品質保証、機能安全、セキュリティ、リスクマネジメント、経営企画、または関連分野における10年以上の実務経験
  • 組織横断プロジェクトまたは変革プロジェクトをリードした経験
  • 経営層向けの資料作成およびプレゼンテーション経験
  • 多様な文化的・組織的コンテクスト（日本およびグローバル環境）において、ステークホルダーの合意形成を図り、コラボレーションを推進した実績
  • 日本語・英語双方におけるビジネスレベルの運用能力（読み書きおよび口頭でのコミュニケーション）
  • 日本のビジネス文化、品質文化、そしてカスタマーセントリックな価値観に対する深い理解を有し、日本の視点をグローバルリーダーシップに伝えるとともに、グローバルの観点を日本のステークホルダーへ適切に橋渡しできる能力

歓迎条件

  • 自動車業界またはモビリティ業界での業務経験
  • Safety、Quality、Cybersecurity、Compliance領域での実務経験
  • ASPICE、ISO26262、ISO/SAE21434、IATF16949等に関する知識
  • Enterprise Risk Management（ERM）、内部統制、監査に関する知識
  • Chief of Staff、経営企画、事業企画、PMOリーダー等の経験
  • グローバル組織におけるマネジメント経験
  • M&A後統合や大規模組織変革の経験
  • AI活用やデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進経験
  • MBAまたは関連する上級学位
