業務内容

  • 成長性、収益性、リスクのバランスを踏まえ、中長期的なプロダクトロードマップにおける投資判断および戦略的意思決定を評価し、プロダクトポートフォリオの方向性を推進
  • 既存および新規施策に対するROI（投資対効果）分析を実施し、確度の高いリソース配分の意思決定を支援
  • 組織が持続的かつスケーラブルに価値を創出・獲得できるよう、ビジネスモデルの設計および改善を推進
  • 市場動向や競合状況の分析を通じて競争力評価（ベンチマーキング）を行い、戦略的示唆を導出
  • 部門横断プロジェクトをリード・推進し、スケジュール、ステークホルダー、成果物を管理して期限内の完遂を実現
  • 事業計画サイクル、ステアリングコミッティ、事業レビューなどのオペレーションリズムを推進
  • 業務上のボトルネックを特定・解消し、課題を先回りしてエスカレーションするとともに、実践的な解決策を提案
  • プロジェクト管理表、ダッシュボード、ステータスレポートを構築・運用し、経営層への透明性の高い情報共有を実現
  • 経営層やリーダーシップ会議向けに、高品質なプレゼンテーション資料、ブリーフィング資料、レポートを作成
  • 複数部門からの情報を統合し、経営層向けに整理された分かりやすい資料へ落とし込み
  • 事業部門横断のハブとして機能し、組織間のアラインメント形成および意思決定推進を支援
  • 社内外のあらゆるレベルのステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築・維持

必須条件

  • Business、Finance、Economics、または関連分野における学士号以上を有する方
  • プロダクトマネジメント、プログラムマネジメント、またはプロジェクトマネジメント（テクノロジー業界または自動車業界経験歓迎）、もしくは経営コンサルティング分野における4年以上の実務経験
  • 社内外ステークホルダーと連携しながら、事業計画・分析、経営戦略、業務改善施策の推進または支援を行った実績
  • 高いプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
  • 経営層向けの資料やプレゼンテーションを、明確かつ視覚的に分かりやすく作成できる優れたスキル
  • 最小限の指示のもとでも自律的に業務を遂行し、不確実性の高い環境下で適切に優先順位を判断できる能力
  • 高い分析力および課題解決能力
  • 日本語および英語における優れた口頭・文書コミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件

  • テクノロジー企業、デジタルビジネス、またはプロダクト主導型組織における業務経験
  • アジャイル、ロードマッピング、OKR、プロダクトライフサイクルマネジメントなどのプロダクトマネジメント手法に関する知識または実務経験
  • C-suiteを含む経営層との業務経験、または経営層支援の経験
  • 事業計画策定、市場規模分析、シナリオプランニングなど、経営戦略に関するフレームワークやツールへの理解・活用経験
