1. 负责真机物理、仿真虚拟场景一体化Agent系统全生命周期产品管理，覆盖需求调研、架构规划、方案设计到落地迭代、商用落地全流程管控，主导系统架构优化，对Agent系统交付目标、业务价值与双场景用户体验全权负责，支撑公司机器人真机与仿真业务发展，满足客户需求。 2. 根据公司机器人业务战略与产品定义，拆解全场景业务与用户诉求，定义虚实一体化Agent系统的产品范围、核心目标与成功标准；主导系统架构优化，打造适配双场景的统一产品架构，制定产品路线图、迭代策略与里程碑节点。 3. 主导双场景核心能力的产品设计与落地，覆盖真机场景低延迟高运行效率优化、面向任务的灵活调度、机器人软硬件协同，仿真场景场景化训练、能力预演、多模态交互；融合LLM原生Agent核心能力，对标 Cursor、Trae、Kimi Code 等行业标杆，搭建标准化可扩展的机器人技能接入与多模态处理体系，打造虚实通用Agent能力底座，对产品功能落地与全场景体验全权负责。 4. 作为产品核心接口，协同大模型算法、软件工程、仿真环境、机器人硬件、技能生态、测试质量等跨部门团队，对齐目标与节奏，保障产品方案高效落地；主持产品评审与复盘会议，主导跨环境全链路验证，保障双场景能力一致性与可迁移性，推动核心问题闭环。跟踪Agent领域前沿技术与行业趋势，规划产品中长期布局，沉淀全场景解决方案；搭建双场景核心指标体系，开展全周期风险管控，通过数据分析、用户反馈持续优化产品体验，构建产品核心竞争力。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等理工科相关专业，有3~5年研发背景优先考虑，有扎实的大模型、Agent、具身智能相关技术基础为加分项。 2. 3年及以上AI产品经理工作经验，至少2年智能体（Agent）相关产品完整设计与落地经验，有头部LLM厂商/互联网大厂Agent核心项目参与经验，深度接触过通用Agent、代码类Agent、虚拟世界Agent相关项目者优先。 3. 具备复杂智能系统产品方案设计与顶层架构规划经验，能从全局视角梳理虚实一体化Agent系统的业务架构、模块关联与适配逻辑，有Agent系统优化与重构的完整项目经验，有跨虚拟-物理场景Agent产品设计经验者优先。 4. 具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够清晰传达产品方案与目标，有效协调团队内外部跨领域关系，推动跨部门复杂项目高效落地。
