The posting

负责公司整机工程集成项目管理，对项目整体交付目标负责，满足客户以及公司的要求。 1、立项后，统筹公司整机产品工程开发、验证与整体交付，跟进和监督项目进展，识别和规避风险。能主导技术预研项目管理，有扎实的研发技术基础，在必要时，能带领团队解决复杂技术与质量问题，对项目交付全流程负责； 2、项目主计划制定，优化，推进与跟踪闭环，确保项目各里程碑的达成。需要与产品，研发，质量，制造，营销&服务，供应链等相关部门协作，理解各域的工作逻辑，从而制定合理的子计划，识别主计划达成的关键路径，并基线化项目交付相关指标； 3、有很好的服务意识，有能力做好高效的沟通管理，相关方预期管理，尤其与客户的沟通，并能实时的，动态的跟踪项目变更，明确需求，确保团队上下游动作协调一致；项目有必要时，能接受出差，有能力带领团队完成高效的，客户满意的交付； 4、能承担项目开发流程建设，组织建设，完善项目开发流程，机制，基线化项目开发的各项指标，有能力逐步提升项目开发效率；并能配合部门人才成长的要求，能给低级别的成员赋能，有能力带领低级别的团队成员成长；能开展有关项目管理的宣讲、培训、答疑，确保流程、制度、工具，并能规范开展工作； 5、参与公司研发项目生命周期的管理，统筹项目团队做好产品后期维护工作，满足客户的需求，配合组织搭建售后维护管理流程，整合平台，提高售后维护的工作效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电信、通讯等理工科相关专业，5年以上智能硬件行业端到端整机项目开发经验，有研发背景优先考虑，有扎实的技术基础为加分项； 2、具备高度的责任感和使命感，强烈的目标导向，敢于担当，个性开放、抗压能力强； 3、具备较强的决断能力、系统性思维、风险管理能力和沟通影响能力，具备一定的团队领导能力； 4、良好的文档写作能力，学习能力，工作耐心细致； 5、持有PMP证书者更佳。
