负责运动控制算法的研发与优化，包括但不限于以下方向： 1、传统控制优化：设计并优化 PID、反馈线性化、阻抗控制等算法，以提升运动精度和鲁棒性； 2、最优控制与轨迹优化：应用轨迹优化和MPC等方法，实现优化轨迹跟踪、约束控制等功能； 3、基于动力学模型的全身控制：应用操作空间控制（Operational Space Control）的方法，实现全身控制（Whole-Body Control），并利用系统辨识来实现高性能控制； 4、全身控制：研究适用于双臂，灵巧手，轮式、双足等复杂机器人系统的协调运动控制； 5、多约束优化与实时控制：结合动力学约束、接触建模、力/位置混合控制，运用数值优化（QP、SQP、iLQR 等）实现高效实时控制。

1、学历背景：硕士及以上学历，机器人、控制工程、计算机科学、机械电子、应用数学等相关专业（博士优先）； 2、数学基础扎实：掌握机器人动力学、优化理论、凸优化、变分法、数值计算等相关知识； 3、控制算法：熟悉传统控制（PID、LQR、阻抗控制、反馈线性化等）、最优控制（MPC、iLQR、DDP 等）、操作空间控制（OSC，WBC），有 QP-based WBC 经验者优先； 4、编程与工具：熟练使用 C++/Python，了解 ROS/ROS2、Pinocchio、CasADi 等生态工具； 5、仿真环境：熟悉 MuJoCo、Drake、Isaac Gym、Gazebo、PyBullet等机器人仿真环境。

优先考虑： 具备以下至少一项经验者优先： 1、机器人实操经验（如机械臂、灵巧手，轮式/双足/四足机器人、无人机等）； 2、发表过高水平论文（如 ICRA、IROS、RSS、NeurIPS、CoRL）或有优秀开源项目。
