1. 平台架构与核心开发：负责机器人/AI业务全链路云平台系统的架构设计、核心模块开发与迭代，主导技术选型，构建稳定、高效、可扩展的技术底座，推动数据闭环的建立与优化； 2. 数据工程与流水线：设计与构建面向海量、异构机器人数据（如感知、控制、状态数据）的高性能存储、处理与计算流水线，支持实时与离线分析场景； 3. 高可靠通信链路：设计与实现大规模机器人节点与云端平台之间稳定、安全、低延迟的实时双向通信与指令下发方案，保障大规模集群连接的可靠性与可控性； 4. 任务调度与工程效能：实现复杂机器人任务（如仿真、训练、部署）的自动化调度、编排、管理与监控；负责CI/CD流水线建设，提升研发、测试与线上部署效率； 5. 全栈开发与产品化：负责云平台中后台管理系统及数据可视化界面的前后端研发，将平台能力产品化，为内外部用户提供清晰、易用的操作界面。

1. 基础要求：计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2. 后端开发与架构能力：5年以上后端服务开发经验，精通Go，熟悉Python。具备优秀的系统架构设计能力，对高并发、分布式、高可用系统有深入理解和实战经验； 3. 云原生与容器化：熟练掌握Kubernetes及其生态（如Operator, Helm），有在大型K8s集群上部署和管理有状态服务、批量计算任务或AI工作负载的实际经验； 4. 工程素养与 Ownership：具备良好的编码规范、单元测试习惯和代码重构能力。既能独立完成从0到1的系统搭建，也善于在复杂现有系统中持续改进、优化与赋能业务； 5. 编码习惯良好，注重单元测试与代码质量；能够胜任从 0 到 1 的系统搭建，也能在现有架构上持续重构。 加分项 1. 具备出色的沟通理解力，能精准协同内外；同时拥有强烈的自驱力，能主动发现问题、驱动闭环并持续优化； 2. MLOps/DataOps经验：有机器学习平台、特征平台、模型部署监控（MLOps）或数据治理（DataOps）等相关系统的建设或使用经验； 3. 大数据技术栈：熟悉数据湖/仓技术（如 Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg），精通 Hadoop/Spark 生态，或有 ClickHouse, Doris, StarRocks 等OLAP引擎的实战经验； 4. 通信协议：熟悉 gRPC, MQTT, WebRTC 等协议在物联网、实时通信场景下的应用。
