The posting

1、全盘经营分析与经营管理 负责产品线/项目月度、季度、年度经营复盘，搭建标准化经营分析体系，拆解收入、成本、费用、毛利、净利变动动因，精准定位亏损点、低效业务、资源浪费问题，输出经营改善方案、降本增效方案，推动业务落地整改。 2、全面预算管理与滚动预测 主导产品线/项目年度全面预算编制、拆解、评审、落地，搭建部门预算模型、费用标准、项目预算标准； 3、项目财务与毛利利润管控 负责产品线/项目全生命周期财务管理：立项测算、报价审核、合同财务评审、过程成本管控、完工毛利核算、项目结案复盘、应收回款跟踪。 建立项目盈利评价体系，输出项目分级、优劣项目分析，协助业务优化交付模式、成本结构、回款节奏，持续提升整体净利率。 4、业财流程优化与内控体系建设 牵头梳理业务全流程（销售、采购、交付、费用、项目、回款）业财痛点，搭建标准化业财制度、流程、SOP； 严控合同风险、费用风险、资金风险、成本合规风险，配合公司规范化、年审、专项审计、内控检查，保证财务数据真实、完整、可追溯。 5、数据体系搭建与管理报表输出 搭建管理层经营报表体系、多维分析模型（按产品、渠道、客户、项目、区域），持续优化业财数据口径，统一核算规则； 输出高质量经营分析报告、管理层汇报材料、专项分析材料，支撑管理层经营会议、战略调整、资源配置。 6、流程与数字化建设 推动财务流程优化、系统建设与数据治理，提升分析自动化与准确性。 7、跨部门协作与沟通 与业务、运营、产品、供应链、人力等团队紧密合作，推动财务目标与业务目标一致。

1、211本科及以上，财务、会计、审计、财经类专业，CPA/ACCA优先； 2、3-6年财务BP/经营分析/项目财务/成本分析经验，至少2年以上中大型企业/上市公司业财经验；有科技、智能制造、软硬件项目制企业经验优先； 3、有财务预算分析系统上线经验的优先； 4、完整经历过年度预算、经营分析、项目毛利管理、业财流程优化全套工作，懂业务、懂利润、懂管理； 5、极强的数据建模、逻辑分析、问题拆解能力，精通Excel高阶函数、透视表、多维分析，熟练金蝶等ERP系统； 6、沟通推进能力强，能直面业务冲突、推动业务改善，结果导向、抗压能力强； 7、严谨专业、责任心强，具备体系化思维、复盘思维、经营思维。
