1、编程与工艺：根据结构工程师提供的3D图档（UG/ProE/SW），独立完成CNC加工程序编写，设计合理的加工工艺、刀具路径及切削参数。 2、样品加工：操作CNC设备完成手板样件、功能测试件、验证模组及生产治具的加工，确保尺寸精度（通常要求±0.02~0.05mm）和表面质量。 3、设备维护：负责CNC机床（如三轴、四轴、精雕机）的日常操作、维护保养及简单故障排查，管理刀具库和耗材。 4、设计协同：在结构设计阶段介入评审，从加工可行性（DFM）角度提出优化建议，如避免倒扣、优化薄壁件支撑等。 5、质量控制：使用卡尺、千分尺、高度仪等量具自检工件，确保符合2D图纸要求；必要时配合三次元测量。 6、材料管理：熟悉智能硬件常用材料（如ABS/PC/亚克力、铝合金6061/7075、黄铜、POM、尼龙）的加工特性。

1、经验要求：3年以上CNC编程及操机经验，有智能硬件、消费电子、医疗器械或手板模型行业背景者优先。 2、软件能力：精通至少一种编程软件（Mastercam 或 UG/NX 为主流，PowerMILL、SolidCAM也可），能熟练查看并修复简单3D模型。 3、设备操作：熟练操作法兰克、三菱或北京精雕系统，有四轴联动加工经验者加分。 4、识图能力：能精确解读复杂机械图纸，理解公差、形位公差、表面粗糙度要求。 5、工艺认知：懂CNC加工与后续工艺（打磨、喷砂、氧化、电镀）的配合，能预留合理余量。 6、学历要求：本科及以上，机械、数控、模具等相关专业。 7、软素质：细心、有责任感，具备主动与结构工程师沟通解决问题的意识。
