1、搭建和优化机器人研发全流程 CI/CD 流水线，实现算法、控制程序、固件及 ROS/ROS2 代码的自动化构建、测试、打包和端侧部署； 2、设计、开发并维护自动化工具与脚本，提升研发效率并保证交付稳定性； 3、整合 CI/CD 工具链（GitLab、Jenkins等）与仿真平台（Isaac Sim、Gazebo），实现端到端流程自动化和工具联动； 4、负责制品库建设与管理，包括镜像/软件包的版本策略、生命周期管理、清理机制和可回滚方案，确保研发制品可追溯、可靠发布； 5、监控流水线运行状态，快速定位构建、部署及机器人端问题，确保研发交付顺畅； 6、推动自动化测试、灰度发布、固件回滚等最佳实践，优化研发流程并提供团队培训与支持； 7、跟踪前沿 DevOps 技术（云原生 CI/CD、GitOps、DevSecOps），结合多机器人和端云协同场景持续改进交付体系。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息或机器人相关专业，3 年以上 DevOps / CI/CD 或研发效能经验，有机器人研发经验优先； 2、精通至少一种脚本/编程语言（Shell、Python、Go），能够独立开发自动化脚本与工具； 3、熟悉主流 CI/CD 工具及流程，能搭建适配复杂研发场景的流水线； 4、熟悉容器化和云原生技术（Docker、Podman 或 K8s），了解镜像管理、环境编排及端侧部署优化； 5、熟悉制品库/Registry 管理（Harbor、Nexus、GitLab Registry 等），能够制定版本策略、清理机制和发布规范； 6、对机器人研发流程（ROS/ROS2、算法、固件、硬件调试）有一定理解，具备问题分析与排查能力； 7、具备良好沟通、协作能力，能适应快速迭代的研发节奏。
