1、EMC设计与评估： 参与产品硬件方案评审，从原理图、PCB Layout、接地、线束布局等维度提出EMC优化建议。 2、EMC测试与整改：制定产品的EMC测试计划（EMI/EMS），主导辐射、传导、静电、浪涌、快速脉冲群等测试，针对测试失败项进行快速定位、分析并提出整改方案。 3、产品认证管理：负责认证机构对接、样机准备、资料提交、工厂检查跟进及证书维护等。 4、认证流程与标准化建设： 主导国内及国际认证全流程，含 CCC、CE、FCC 等，建立标准化EMC流程。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化、物理等相关专业，有3年以上硬件设计及EMC实战经验。 2、有数电、模电和电路基础，能看懂原理图和PCB，熟悉 频谱分析仪、静电枪、浪涌发生器 等测试设备。 3、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作能力。 4、熟悉认证机构及流程，能独立主导认证项目，有 汽车、工业类产品、机器人 等产品认证经验者优先。
