岗位职责 1. 真实用户场景测试：模拟客户真实使用环境（家庭/商场/楼宇/园区等，按业务调整）进行真机实操测试，覆盖语音交互、APP 控制、多设备联动、断网断电重连等使用端体验； 2. 客户体验评测体系：建立并持续维护用户体验评测指标（响应时长、识别准确率、交互自然度、异常提示友好度等），输出体验评分报告； 3. 问题定位与推动闭环：结合日志、抓包、调试指令完成问题初步定位，清晰还原复现路径，跟进研发修复并在真机上回归验证，直至用户体验闭环； 4. 用户反馈闭环：参与客户反馈、售后工单、舆情评价的归类分析，将线上体验问题转化为测试场景和用例资产沉淀； 5. 竞品与行业体验对标：对竞品机器人进行使用体验对比测试，输出差距分析，为产品迭代提供输入；

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、机器人等相关专业； 2. 熟练使用日志分析工具、抓包工具（Wireshark / Charles / Fiddler）、adb / shell 命令进行问题定位； 3. 掌握 Python 或其他脚本语言，能编写自动化测试脚本或测试小工具者优先； 4. 具备较强的用户同理心：能从“普通人第一次使用”的视角发现问题，对交互细节敏感，对“不好用”零容忍； 5. 表达与推动能力强：能把问题讲清楚（复现步骤 + 日志 + 影响面），能跨部门推动研发、产品解决问题。
