1. 负责机器人控制交互平台WebUI及配套服务端的架构设计、核心功能开发和长期维护。 2. 负责Node.js BFF、设备接入服务或实时通信网关开发，对接云端业务系统、WebUI和机器人本体。 3. 负责HTTP、WebSocket、WebRTC、ROS/rosbridge等通信链路接入。 4. 负责机器人多路音视频、二维地图、三维模型、状态监控和操作面板的前端开发及性能优化。 5. 与产品、UI/UX、本体、算法、云端团队协作，完成需求分析、方案及协议评审、开发联调、测试发布和故障定位。 6. 参与组件库、服务端基础框架、自动化测试、CI/CD、日志监控和可观测性体系建设。 7. 有MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis数据存储设计的中后台经验优先。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化或相关专业，具有3年以上前端或全栈开发经验。 2. 精通JavaScript、TypeScript和React，深入理解Hooks、状态管理、异步编程、浏览器机制和前端性能优化。 3. 熟练使用Node.js，掌握NestJS、Express或Fastify等至少一种服务端框架，具备生产环境服务开发经验优先。 4. 能够独立完成RESTful API、WebSocket服务、接口鉴权、参数校验、错误码和服务端日志设计。 5. 熟悉React、Ant Design和Zustand等技术，具备复杂业务组件、配置化界面和响应式页面开发经验。 6. 熟悉Three.js、WebGL或Canvas中的至少一项，有地图、机器人模型或实时数据可视化经验。 7. 熟悉Linux和Docker，能够完成服务部署、配置管理、日志查询和常见线上问题排查。 8. 具备良好的系统设计、代码组织、技术文档和跨团队沟通能力。 9.有MySQL或PostgreSQL，理解索引、事务、锁及数据模型设计，Redis缓存、分布式锁和会话管理经验者优先。
