1. 负责云服务后台与 DevOps 平台的自动化测试体系搭建，覆盖单元、集成、契约及全链路测试； 2. 基于 Golang 编写测试脚本，设计微服务分层测试策略，解决服务间接口测试与依赖隔离（Mock/Stub）等难点； 3. 开发维护测试框架与工具，推动测试左移，建设代码覆盖率统计能力，并将「提交 → 门禁 → 准入」全链路纳入 CI/CD 流水线； 4. 维护自动化测试环境，分析测试结果、跟踪缺陷闭环，输出质量报告，引入测试新技术与最佳实践。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2 年以上自动化测试经验，有 Golang 微服务测试经验； 2. 熟练掌握 Golang 及自动化测试框架，熟悉微服务分层测试与依赖隔离实践； 3. 熟悉常用测试工具（Postman、Pact、JMeter 等）、容器化技术（Docker/K8s）及 CI/CD 流程； 4. 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题定位能力；有 WebRTC、Kafka/Redis、性能/安全测试或 AI 辅助测试经验者优先。
