1. 全面统筹公司 IT 信息化整体工作，负责团队管理、人员及资源调配，精准梳理核心业务需求，合理规划工作优先级，精简无效工作，全方位保障公司业务稳定、高效运营。 2. 主导公司信息安全体系搭建与落地，覆盖网络、系统、数据、权限等全维度安全治理；负责安全制度搭建、风险排查、漏洞治理、安全应急处置等工作，保障公司数字化、业务数据安全合规运行。 [可选项]3.系统集成与二次开发：负责金蝶ERP、飞书核心系统运维优化、接口对接、数据打通与生态集成，可独立完成系统二开、功能迭代，自研内部业务系统与流程，解决数据孤岛问题，落地数字化业务体系

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网、人工智能行业信息安全、IT全盘管理经验，具备团队统筹管理能力。 2. 精通企业信息安全治理体系，可独立搭建完整的企业安全管控体系，熟悉安全合规、风险管控、漏洞修复、应急响应全流程。 3. 具备优秀的业务洞察能力，可结合业务场景匹配IT及安全方案，聚焦业务核心，高效落地支撑工作。 4. 严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的资源协调、问题解决及抗压能力。

加分项： 拥有内部软件系统开发能力，如：ERP+飞书二开集成、内部系统自研落地经验。
