1、主导指尖触觉传感器的技术路线调研、选型、方案设计与工程落地。 2、负责触觉传感器的结构集成、封装适配、信号采集、电路接口及数据处理方案。 3、设计并执行触觉传感器测试与标定实验，包括力值范围、分辨率、重复性、漂移、迟滞、响应速度、耐久性及接触识别能力等。 4、推动触觉传感器与机器人夹爪、灵巧手的系统集成，支持接触检测、抓取力计算、抓取状态识别等功能。 5、负责触觉感知算法开发，包括接触检测、力/压力估计、接触位置识别、滑移检测、接触状态分类及多传感器信息融合等。

1、机器人、机械电子、电子信息、自动化、材料或相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2、具备触觉、力觉、柔性传感器、机器人末端感知或相关方向研发经验5年。 3、有主导触觉传感器设计、开发、标定、测试及机器人集成的实际经验。 4、熟悉常见触觉传感技术路线，如压阻式、电容式、压电式、磁式、光学式或多模态触觉传感。 5、能够独立设计传感器及实验方案，分析传感器性能边界，并根据任务需求完成选型或迭代优化。 6、具备较强的实验动手能力、工程问题定位能力和跨团队协作能力。

加分项 * 有“触觉感知—触觉反馈—人机交互”闭环系统经验，参与过从端触觉信息编码、主端触觉呈现及闭环交互效果验证。 * 有遥操作、远程操作、沉浸式交互或 VR/AR 触觉交互项目经验。 * 有机器人精细操作的系统级应用经验。 * 熟悉触觉反馈及接口形式，如振动、电刺激等。 * 有高频实时系统、低延迟通信、时间同步、多传感器融合或触觉数据集构建经验。
