我们致力于建设面向具身智能的数据平台，打通数据生产、训练消费与评测反馈闭环，探索大模型与 Agent 驱动的数据工作方式。期待你理解数据与模型、拥抱 AI 原生，与团队共同提升数据质量、用户体验和成本效率。 职位描述 1、建设具身智能数据闭环，贯通采集、解析、质检、标注、数据集构建与训练评测反馈，将模型短板和问题样本转化为数据改进策略，验证模型效果收益。 2、建设高吞吐、可扩展的多模态数据平台，支持视频、图像、动作轨迹等数据，完善标签、版本血缘、检索分析与任务编排，保障数据可追溯、可复现。 3、结合大模型/VLM 建设智能标注、质量评估和数据筛选能力，通过自动化与人机协作提升数据质量、多样性及生产效率。 4、推动平台 AI 原生与 Agent 化，建设自然语言交互、工具调用和工作流能力，与训练及基础设施团队共建数据 API、SDK 和 Agent 工具，优化数据探索、处理与诊断体验。 5、建设全链路成本度量，通过增量处理、结果复用、模型选型、批处理与缓存优化，降低存储、计算、模型调用及人工成本，兼顾质量、时效与可靠性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，具备数据工程、机器学习平台、Agent 或平台型系统研发经验，对具身智能与模型迭代有浓厚兴趣。 2、熟练掌握 Python 或 Go，具备系统设计、并发处理、异步任务和故障排查能力，能独立完成核心模块设计与生产交付。 3、理解数据、训练与评测的关系，具备多模态处理、标注、质量评估或数据集构建经验，能分析数据问题并验证改进效果。 4、理解大模型能力边界，具备 Prompt、工具调用或 Agent/Workflow 实践经验，能设计上下文、执行与验证机制，优化效果、可靠性和成本。 5、实践 AI 原生研发与产品思路，熟练使用 AI Coding 和 Agent 工具，能快速验证想法、独立审查结果；具备性能与成本意识，主动推动跨团队协作和持续改进。 加分项 1、有机器人、自动驾驶或具身智能数据经验，熟悉多传感器对齐、动作轨迹、ROS/ROS2 或 rosbag。 2、有问题样本分析、多样性分析、评测集构建或训练反馈回流经验，取得过可验证的模型效果收益。 3、有 Agent 产品落地经验，熟悉上下文管理、执行轨迹分析、自动化评测或人机协作。 4、有 AI 数据湖或大规模数据处理经验，熟悉 Lance、Arrow/Parquet、Iceberg、Ray/Daft、Spark/Flink、StarRocks/ClickHouse 等技术。 5、有存储、推理或训练读取优化经验，熟悉 OSS/S3、JuiceFS、缓存预读等技术，取得过可量化的降本增效成果。
