1，经验要求：5年以上企业级解决方案销售或大客户管理经验，具备工业制造、汽车、物流、能源、快消等相关实体产业的高客单价项目成功经验者优先。有成功销售复杂硬件、工业自动化、机器人或AI解决方案经验者更佳。 2，行业与技术理解力：对目标实体产业的工艺流程、供应链体系和成本结构有深刻理解。能理解机器人及自动化技术如何与生产线、仓储系统深度融合，并能与技术团队协同，将技术参数转化为客户可感知的效能提升与财务收益。 3，销售与业务能力：掌握成熟的、以价值为核心的解决方案销售方法，拥有独立运作复杂项目、影响多部门（生产、设备、财务、IT）决策链条并最终成交的成功案例。 4，软技能：出色的商务谈判、跨部门协调与复杂项目推进能力。具备强大的自驱力、结果导向和在高不确定性项目中保持韧性的抗压能力。 关键特质：兼具“战略家”的格局与“工匠”的务实——既有前瞻性布局产业、开拓标杆的谋略，又有深入产线、精耕客户、将重点项目打造成标杆的耐心与执行力。
