1. 机械臂总体结构设计：负责机械臂本体的总体结构方案设计，包括底座、肩部、上臂、肘部、前臂、腕部及末端执行器安装接口等，完成结构布局、运动空间规划、机械接口定义及整机结构集成。 2. 关节与传动系统集成：负责机器人关节模组与机械臂本体的结构集成，包括电机、减速器、编码器、制动器、轴承及壳体等零部件的选型配合、安装定位、承载设计和结构优化，解决关节安装空间、刚度、散热、密封及线缆走线等问题。 3. 轻量化与结构性能优化：根据机械臂负载、运动速度、重复定位精度及动态响应要求，开展结构轻量化设计，进行强度、刚度、模态、疲劳及冲击等分析，优化结构质量分布、惯量、刚度和动态性能。 4. 三维设计与工程图纸输出：负责三维模型、二维工程图、装配图、零部件图、BOM及技术规范等设计资料的输出和维护，完成尺寸链、公差配合、基准设计及关键装配精度控制。 5. 样机试制与整机调试：参与机械臂样机加工、装配、联调及性能验证，解决装配干涉、结构变形、振动、异响、温升、线缆干涉等问题，推动设计迭代与问题闭环。 6. 可制造性与成本优化：开展 DFM/DFA 分析，结合 CNC 加工、压铸、铝合金型材、钣金及工程塑料等工艺进行结构设计，优化零件数量、加工难度、装配工时及整机成本。 7. 供应链与研发协同：协同电机驱动、运动控制、硬件、测试及供应链团队完成接口对接、方案评审、供应商技术沟通、样件验收和设计变更，保障机械臂研发进度与产品交付。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机电一体化等相关专业。 2. 具备 3 年及以上机械结构设计经验，有机器人机械臂、协作机器人、工业机器人、人形机器人或高精度自动化设备开发经验者优先。 3. 熟练使用三维设计软件，能够独立完成复杂机械结构设计、装配设计及工程图纸输出。 4. 熟悉机械设计基础，掌握材料选型、机械传动、轴承选型、螺栓连接、公差配合、尺寸链及精密装配等相关知识。 5. 具备结构分析和优化能力，了解有限元分析、模态分析、疲劳分析及轻量化设计方法；熟悉 仿真工具者优先。 6. 熟悉 CNC 加工、铝合金结构件、压铸件及工程塑料等常见加工工艺，具备 DFM/DFA 意识，能够兼顾设计性能、制造可行性与成本。 7. 具备较强的问题分析和工程落地能力，能够独立推进从方案设计、样机试制到整机验证的完整研发闭环。
