【核心职责】 负责具身大模型在物流、制造、家庭服务、医疗等商业化场景的后训练与落地交付，从数据、模型、算法维度提升任务成功率与执行效率； 制定场景数据采集策略与后训练方案，打通数据采集→模型训练→评测→真机部署的全流程，高效完成场景适配； 攻克精细操作、高频节拍、柔性物体处理等场景难点，通过数据策略调整、训练优化、模型迭代持续攻坚； 负责模型在真实环境中的部署调试与性能优化，确保稳定运行并达到商业化交付标准； 沉淀场景落地经验与方法论，形成可复用的标准化交付流程，支撑跨场景、跨本体的快速复制。

【任职要求】 计算机/AI/机器人/自动化等相关专业，本科及以上，硕士优先； 熟练使用Python/C++，精通PyTorch等深度学习框架，工程能力扎实； 具备VLA或具身大模型的微调/后训练经验，能独立完成数据准备→模型训练→真机验证全流程； 丰富的机器人真机调试经验，能快速定位硬件延迟、传感器噪声、控制精度、动作抖动等问题并迭代优化，有驻场调试经历者优先； 具备强问题分析与解决能力，能从数据、模型、系统多层面诊断并攻克落地难题； 执行力强、结果导向，能在项目压力下高效推进交付； 【加分项】 • 机器人操作（抓取、装配、分拣等）算法的真实场景落地经验； • 熟悉OpenVLA、π系列、WALL-OSS、Dream-Zero等具身大模型； • 熟悉模仿学习、强化学习在机器人操作中的应用； • ICRA、CoRL、RSS、CVPR、NeurIPS等顶会论文发表或竞赛获奖。
