线束工程师需要根据产品的线束需求或者现存线束问题作出分析，开展产品线束研发设计、测试、及导入量产等方面的工作。需要对线材的选型有清晰认知，对线束加工有丰富的经验。 1. 负责机器人整机线束系统3D&2D图纸设计及打样。 2. 负责分析解决试制、实验及测试中的线束问题，并输出分析报告。 3. 优化机器人产品线束设计的品质与成本，对客户现场整机线束走线、优化提供技术支持。 4. 参与搭建线束技术平台，推进物料标准及归一化设计。

1.统招本科及以上， 熟悉线束系统开发流程和相应规则标准，机械类、电子工程类专业，3年-5年线束设计经验。 2. 具有较强的分析和设计能力，能独自完成整机线束连接图、2D、3D设计。 3. 熟练使用CAD、CREO等2D、3D设计工具。有汽车行业/机器人线束经验或线束厂经验优先。
