The posting

负责机器人产品全链路质量保障，覆盖单元/集成/系统/场景/回归/稳定性测试。主导整机功能、底盘行走、定位导航、避障、启停平顺性等核心场景的测试方案设计与执行。 搭建与维护自动化测试平台，支持仿真测试、HIL（硬件在环）测试、现场数据回放与问题复现。开发配套测试工具与脚本，维护夜间自动回归体系，持续提升测试效率与覆盖度。 负责版本发布质量门禁，将代码静态扫描、单元测试覆盖率、冒烟通过率等指标集成至CI/CD流水线，对未达标构建自动拦截。建立故障分级、根因分析、复盘追踪机制，组织跨团队定位与闭环解决问题。 推动质量前移，参与设计评审与代码评审，从源头识别质量风险。建立灰度发布与线上观测机制，收集现场落地问题，汇总共性缺陷，输出优化建议，推动产品持续迭代。

本科及以上学历，自动化、机器人、计算机、机电、测控等相关专业。3~5年测试或质量保障经验，有项目主导或跨团队协作推动经验者优先。 熟悉自动化测试框架（如Pytest、Robot Framework等）、CI/CD流水线（Jenkins/GitLab CI）及可观测性平台（日志/指标/链路追踪），具备独立开发测试工具或脚本的能力。掌握Python、Shell、C++等至少一种编程语言。 具备复杂系统问题定位与推动解决能力，能组织跨部门协作进行缺陷排查与紧急修复，对质量风险有较强的把控意识。 熟悉机器人/自动驾驶/工业控制类测试体系者优先（如AGV/服务机器人整机测试、导航避障、续航耐久、环境可靠性测试等）。熟悉Linux常用命令及ROS工具（rviz/rqt）者优先。 有安全测试、可靠性测试、故障注入实践经验者优先，具备失效分析能力者加分。
