The posting

1. 负责公司信息化系统的数据库运维：MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server / Oracle（金蝶、Windchill 等商业系统的底层库），包括高可用架构、备份与恢复演练、性能诊断优化、容量规划； 2. 负责数据库安全与合规：权限最小化、审计日志、敏感数据加密与脱敏、数据分级； 3. 负责数据库变更管理：上线评审、SQL 审核、变更回滚方案；配合业务系统升级与实施商的数据库操作并把关风险； 4. 负责主数据管理平台（MDM）的技术实现与运维：主数据模型设计、编码规则引擎、版本与变更历史、审核流； 5. 与集成平台工程师协作，实现主数据向 ERP、PDM、CRM、SRM、MOM 各系统的分发、字段映射与冲突检测； 6. 建设跨系统数据一致性校验与数据质量监控：主数据重复率、冲突记录、各系统与 MDM 的一致率，自动发现与告警，并输出数据质量报告供业务 Owner 决策。

1. 5 年以上数据库运维经验，精通 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL 至少一种，另有一种商业数据库（SQL Server / Oracle）的实操经验； 2. 性能诊断能力扎实：能独立定位慢查询、锁竞争、连接池耗尽、执行计划劣化等问题，能讲出自己排查过的具体案例； 3. 具备高可用与备份恢复的实战经验，做过真实的恢复演练并有实测的 RTO / RPO 数据； 4. SQL 能力强，能读懂商业软件的复杂数据模型（这类系统表多、命名晦涩、文档差，需要靠数据模型反推业务逻辑）； 5. 理解索引、事务隔离级别、锁机制与数据模型设计，能对开发提交的表结构与 SQL 做有依据的评审； 6. 熟悉数据库安全与审计，理解数据分级、脱敏与合规要求； 7. 熟悉 Linux，能用 Python / Shell / Ansible 完成运维自动化；熟悉 Docker 与容器环境下的数据库运行特性； 8. 具备良好的方案设计、文档与跨团队沟通能力，能与实施商、业务部门直接对话。

加分项 - 有主数据管理（MDM）项目经验（本岗位最看重的加分项）：做过主数据建模、编码规则、多系统分发与一致性治理； - 运维过 ERP / PLM / MES 类商业系统的数据库，熟悉这类系统的数据模型、升级流程与月末结账期的性能特点； - 有数据治理经验：数据血缘、数据质量监控、数据标准、元数据管理； - 熟悉数据仓库技术栈，能与数据工程师协作做数据源侧的抽取优化。
