1. 负责关节模组在整机中的技术选型、性能匹配、集成应用和问题闭环，保障人形机器人整机运动性能与可靠性。 2. 根据机器人各关节的负载谱和运动需求，分解峰值/持续转矩、转速、减速比、惯量、回程间隙、刚度、效率、温升、噪声、寿命及安全性等指标。 3. 负责关节模组与整机机械、电气、通信、软件和控制系统之间的接口定义，包括安装定位、结构连接、线束、供电、通信、散热、零位及安全机制等。 4. 主导解决关节模组在整机开发和运行过程中出现的复杂问题，包括： - 模组过热、过流、过压、堵转和异常降额； - 振动、异响、共振、冲击及结构松动； - 回程间隙增大、刚度不足、低速爬行和转矩波动； - 跟踪误差、力矩误差、响应延迟和多关节协同异常； - 编码器零位漂移、丢零、跳变及双编码器不一致； - 通信丢包、同步误差、控制器故障及保护策略不合理； - 减速器磨损、轴承失效、润滑异常和密封问题。 5. 建立跨专业故障诊断方法，能够区分模组本体、整机结构、装配工艺、线束供电、通信网络、控制参数及运动算法等不同问题来源。 6. 负责关节模组台架测试、整机工况测试和联合调试，建立模组单体性能与整机实际表现之间的关联。 7. 建立关节模组准入、验收和可靠性验证标准，制定性能、耐久、冲击、振动、温升、防护及异常工况测试规范。 8. 负责关节模组供应商技术评估、方案评审和问题推动，审核供应商的设计改进、失效分析、8D报告及验证结果。 9. 根据整机测试数据和现场问题，向供应商提出明确的技术改进要求，推动模组软硬件版本迭代。 10. 建立不同型号、不同供应商关节模组的性能数据库、故障案例库和选型规范。 11. 参与整机机械、电气、热管理、运动控制及产品安全等关键设计评审，为整机架构设计提供关节侧技术支持。 12. 指导关节模组工程师开展选型、测试、调试和故障分析工作。

1. 机械、电机、电气、自动化、控制、机器人等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士优先。 2. 具有8年以上机器人关节、伺服系统、精密传动或机器人整机相关工作经验。 3. 对一体化关节模组具有系统级理解，熟悉电机、减速器、轴承、编码器、力矩传感器、制动器、驱动控制器和嵌入式软件的基本原理及相互影响。 4. 熟悉永磁同步电机、谐波/行星减速器、伺服驱动器和编码器的主要性能指标、常见失效模式及诊断方法。 5. 熟悉FOC、电流环、速度环、位置环、力矩控制、阻抗控制、摩擦补偿和系统辨识，能够结合控制数据判断模组问题。 6. 能够从电流、母线电压、位置、速度、力矩、温度、振动及通信数据中定位异常原因。 7. 熟悉关节模组的测试方法，能够制定效率、温升、刚度、间隙、转矩精度、动态响应、振动噪声及寿命等测试方案。 8. 具备较强的跨专业问题分析能力，能够组织机械、电子、软件、控制、测试及供应商共同完成问题闭环。 9. 具备供应商技术管理能力，能够判断供应商分析结论的合理性，不依赖供应商单方面定位问题。 10. 有人形机器人、协作机器人、四足机器人或高性能机械臂整机集成经验者优先。 11. 有批量质量问题处理、失效分析、可靠性验证或供应商整改经验者优先。
