1.研究和落地前沿的移动操作大模型架构，探索VLN与VLA的融合策略或导航与操作一体化的统一策略学习框架，提升机器人在长程任务中的目标定位、移动规划与精准交互能力； 2.研发导航与操作相结合的长程任务执行能力，结合大语言模型的任务分解能力与底层运动控制，实现机器人在真实动态环境（如家庭、服务业场景）中开放指令下的多步骤任务连续执行与异常恢复； 3.研究和实现长期记忆算法，探索传统SLAM语义地图与端到端学习模型的融合策略，提升机器人在复杂环境中的鲁棒性与跨子任务状态保持能力； 4.负责数据闭环建设，包括设计移动操作仿真数据合成管线，从视频中学习导航与操作策略，并完成Sim2Real迁移验证； 5.负责移动操作算法的真机部署和推理优化，保证机器人移动操作的流畅度； 6.跟踪具身智能、移动操作、世界模型、模仿学习与强化学习领域的最新研究进展，推动技术创新与商业化场景落地。

1.计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学、自动化、控制工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2.熟练掌握Python/C++编程，精通PyTorch、JAX等至少一种主流深度学习框架，具备扎实的算法工程实现能力； 3.具备VLA、VLN或Mobile Manipulation方向的研究经验，深入理解以下任一方向并有相关项目经验： - VLA方向：OpenVLA、π系列等视觉-语言-动作模型，熟悉Diffusion Policy、Flow Matching等动作生成范式； - VLN方向：NaVid、NaVILA等导航大模型，熟悉语义地图、长期记忆、目标导向导航相关技术； 4.有过包含移动+操作的完整Demo开发经验，能够独立完成从算法设计到真机验证的全流程闭环； 5.有机器人真机调试经验，熟悉从仿真到真实环境的部署与调优过程，能够处理硬件延迟、传感器噪声、控制精度等真实场景问题； 6.熟悉Transformer、VLM（如LLaVA、Qwen-VL等）等主流模型架构，理解其在机器人决策与控制任务中的应用； 8.具有大规模分布式训练经验，能够高效处理多模态机器人数据（视频、点云、本体感知等）的训练与调优； 9.具备良好的团队合作能力、高效沟通能力以及对技术的热情与信念。 加分项 1.在ICRA、IROS、CoRL、RSS、CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICML等顶级会议或IJRR、TRO等顶级期刊发表过相关论文； 2.有真机移动操作平台（人形机器人、复合机器人、移动双臂等）端到端算法的落地经验； 3.熟悉模仿学习（IL）、强化学习（RL）、RLHF以及大模型后训练（SFT/DPO等）相关技术； 7.熟悉ROS/ROS2，有仿真平台的使用和Sim2Real落地经验； 4.有多模态数据处理经验（视觉+触觉+语言+力觉等多模态融合）； 5.具备开源项目经验，或在GitHub上有高质量机器人相关代码贡献； 6.在机器人挑战赛（如AI2-THOR Challenge、Habitat Challenge、ManiSkill Challenge等）或ACM/ICPC等程序设计竞赛中获奖。
