The posting

1.负责人形机器人系统级软件开发，构建高实时性、模块化的软件架构，支持机械臂、灵巧手、多关节驱动单元等硬件的高效集成； 2.推进 model-based 的运控算法工程化落地，并负责高阶运控算法的集成与对接；具备离线规划能力（轨迹生成、约束校验、与控制侧衔接）； 3.负责关节/末端相关的位置控制、力控制软件开发与维护，完成控制算法与硬件侧的协同部署； 4.参与控制系统安全策略与异常处理相关开发，保障联调与运行过程的稳定性与可控性； 5.设计面向控制的传感器数据接入与闭环使用方案（如六维力传感器、关节力矩传感器、编码器、电流/温度等反馈量），完成采集、预处理、时间同步及实时传输优化； 6.主导系统联调与性能测试，聚焦抖动、实时性、安全性、精度、响应特性，以及为控制落地服务的动力学辨识与动力学参数标定/验证，制定调优策略； 7.开发基于 CAN、EtherCAT 等工业总线的上位机（主站）通信层，确保电机驱动、关节控制的低延迟与高可靠性； 8.编写技术文档（方案设计、设计规范、接口协议、测试报告）。

1.本科或以上，计算机、自动化、机械工程等机器人相关专业，具有三年或以上关节机器人开发经验； 2.精通 Linux 环境下的 C++ 开发、调试与性能优化，熟悉面向对象分析与设计；Python 可作为辅助工具熟练使用； 3.熟悉机器人运动学、动力学建模，具备位控与力控相关工程实践经验； 4.熟悉 ROS 2 开发及底层通信机制，熟练使用 ros2_control；具备离线规划能力； 5.掌握实时控制系统开发，熟悉 EtherCAT 主站配置（如 SOEM、IgH）及 CANopen 协议栈； 6.具有良好的软件开发习惯，擅于沟通与学习，独立思考能力强； 7.熟悉软件开发流程，熟练使用 GitLab 等协作工具，具备规范化代码习惯与良好的技术文档能力； 8.具备探索精神，愿意持续追踪并推动新技术在人形机器人系统中的工程落地。
