1、负责主导产品的服务准备和导入工作，DFS评审与问题优化，提升产品可服务性； 2、负责维修工艺制定，包括拆装工艺、定损与维修测试工艺等，优化维修效率、成本、测试覆盖率与维修质量； 3、负责输出维修相关技术资料及SOP，指导维修团队完成维修工作，优化维修流程； 4、负责主导维修与故障检测智能化工具开发，提高定损与维修效率； 5、监控并整理维修TOP质量问题，推动产品问题改进落地。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、自动化等工科相关专业； 2、5年以上机器人或智能硬件行业工作经验，3年以上维修工艺相关经验，熟悉售后业务流程； 3、熟悉智能硬件产品常见模块，如相机、IMU、感知等测试原理及故障排查方法； 4、熟悉Ubuntu操作系统及ROS； 5、具备良好的沟通能力，学习能力和抗压能力。
